For a whole semester, I studied SunBasket.com in a Web Publishing course under Jacquie Lamer. Throughout the course, I wrote three papers explaining my detailed analysis of the site as well as suggestions for improvements and in turn learned a tremendous amount about UX. I analyzed traffic to the site as well as its popularity, did keyword research, and conducted usability tests.
